The Creative Process
Visuals Required: To ensure I capture your vision, clear visual references (images, color palettes, poses, mood boards) are required. Written descriptions alone are not sufficient.Timeline: I primarily work on commissions during weekends and scheduled breaks. Please allow 2–3 business days for a response.Deadlines: If you have a specific date in mind, please contact me 1–2 months in advance to ensure availability.Communication: To keep things organized, please stick to one primary contact method (Text, Ko-fi, Instagram, or Discord).

Policies & Boundaries
Mutual Respect: Harassment, rushing, or rude behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission at my discretion.The 48-Hour Rule: If I reach out to start your project and do not hear back within 48 hours, your slot may be released to the next person.No Ghosting: Ghosting after receiving previews will result in your slot being closed and the forfeiture of your deposit.

Usage & Rights
Personal Use Only: All base prices are for personal use (social media icons, gifts, etc.). A separate commercial license must be purchased for business use or resale.Signatures & Watermarks: All previews will be watermarked. The final artwork will include a discreet signature. Please do not remove it.Showcasing Work: I may share works-in-progress or finished pieces on my social media/portfolio. If you’d prefer to keep yours private, please let me know before we begin!

Violence: Extreme gore or violence (Light blood/action is okay).
Technical/Legal: Overly complex mecha (robots), Political/Propaganda art, stolen characters, or AI-generated art.

If you plan to monetize my artwork or use it to represent a brand, a Commercial License is required. This grants you the legal right to use my creative work for profit.✦ When is a Commercial Fee Required?
A fee applies if you intend to use the artwork for:
Merchandise: Selling prints, stickers, apparel, or physical goods.
Branding: Logos, banners, or promotional materials for a business.
Monetized Content: YouTube/Twitch graphics, book covers, or advertising.✦ How the Fee Works
The Rate: A 200% commercial fee is added to the base price of the commission.
(Example: A $50 personal drawing becomes $150 for commercial use).The Requirement: You must disclose your intent before ordering. Please specify how you plan to use the art (e.g., "I want to put this on 50 hoodies").✦ Important Note
Unless a commercial license is purchased and paid for in full, all artwork remains for Personal Use Only.

  ★ 🕒 PROCESS & REVISIONS  

✦ Step 1: Request & Deposit
Send your concept via Text, Ko-fi, Instagram, or Discord. Once I accept the project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.🔗 Track Your Progress: Commission Status Tracker✦ Step 2: The Sketch Phase
I work on sketches during weekends and breaks. You must approve the rough sketch before I move forward.
Included: One (1) major change.
Extra Fees: Significant changes requested after this phase is approved will incur an additional fee.✦ Step 3: Lineart & Color
Once the sketch is approved and the remaining 50% balance is paid, I proceed to lineart and coloring.
Included: Two (2) small color/detail changes.
Limitations: New poses, redraws, or adding characters will require a new commission quote.✦ Step 4: Final Polish
This stage is for tiny "finishing touch" adjustments only (lighting, contrast, or minor saturation tweaks).
Included: One (1) tiny fix.
Limitations: No structural redesigns are permitted at this stage.✦ Step 5: Delivery
Final high-resolution files are sent via Ko-fi, IG, Discord, or Email. All artwork is discreetly signed.⚠️ Revision & Timing Policy
Additional Revisions: Any changes beyond what is included in the steps above are $5.50 per change.
Turnaround Time: On average, projects take 1–7 weeks depending on my teaching schedule.
Deadlines: If you need a piece by a specific date, please reach out 1–2 months in advance to ensure I can accommodate you.

  ★ 🚫 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS  

To ensure a fair and respectful working relationship, I follow a strict refund schedule based on the stage of your project. Please read this carefully before sending your deposit.✦ Refund Schedule
Before Work Starts: Any payment made beyond the initial 50% deposit can be refunded. The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it secures your slot and compensates for my administrative time.Sketch Phase Finished: A 50% refund of the remaining balance is available (deposit not included).Coloring Phase Started: A 10% refund of the remaining balance is available (deposit not included).Finished Artwork: Once the final file is delivered, no refunds will be issued.✦ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the art after I've begun.
Communication Issues: Slow or missed replies on the client's end.
Scheduling Delays: Unavoidable life or schedule delays (e.g., my teaching responsibilities, school, emergencies, or holidays).Communication is key! I will always reach out immediately if my schedule changes, so please keep an eye on your messages.⚠️ Important Policy
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from all future commissions, collaborations, and shop access.
