  ★ By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to protect both you (the client) and me (the artist) and ensure a smooth and respectful process.

  ★ How to Commission Draya?  

1. Visit my Ko-fi page to see what commission slots or styles are currently open.
If you want something not listed, message me on Instagram @artisheww — I’m open to custom ideas!2. Please read my Terms of Service before ordering.
If anything is unclear, just ask! Once you agree with everything, you can place your order through Ko-fi or message me directly.3. Payment & Quotes (Instagram vs. Ko-fi)• If you order through Instagram:
You’ll send your idea, and then wait for me to send your quote. Once I confirm your price, I’ll let you know when to pay your 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.• If you order through Ko-fi:
Ko-fi will show the base price for that commission type.
You’ll be able to pay the first 50% deposit upfront when checking out.💡 The deposit is always 50% of the commission’s base price.
Example: If the base price is $100, your non-refundable deposit is $50.

  ★ 🧾GENERAL INFORMATION  

✮ I have the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason.✮ I am a full-time teacher and a part-time college student, so I work on commissions during breaks and weekends only. Please give me grace — I will always do my best to keep you updated.✮ My response time is typically 2–3 business days. I will reply as soon as possible.✮ Please be respectful. I do not tolerate harassment, rushing, or rude behavior.✮ Please provide clear references (images, color palettes, poses, Pinterest boards, etc.). Written descriptions alone are not enough.✮ If you have a deadline, place your order 1–2 months in advance. I’ll let you know right away if I can meet your timeline.✮ Your commission will be posted publicly, I will also post WIPs on my social media. I can upload it on social media or include it in my portfolio.✮ If I contact you to begin and you do not respond within 2 days, your slot may be forfeited and given to the next client.✮ All sketches and finished designs will include my signature stamp during previews. The final product will have a signature placed discreetly so it does not affect the artwork.✮ Prices listed are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
You may not resell, redistribute, or make profit from your commission unless you purchase the commercial rights fee.✮ Terms are subject to change without notice.
Please make sure to review the updated Terms of Service before commissioning again.✮ I communicate mainly through Ko-fi, Instagram DMs, or Discord.
Please keep all commission conversations in one place so messages don’t get lost.
Ghosting after receiving previews will result in your slot being closed, your deposit being retained, and you being added to my blacklist.

  ★ WILL/WON’T DRAW  

  ★ 💰 PAYMENTS  

✦ Accepted Methods: 💳 Zelle, Venmo, or Ko-Fi⚠️ Ko-Fi adds a 3% platform fee
💵 In-Person: Debit/Credit, Cash, or Apple Pay
🚫 Not Accepted: PayPal or CashApp✦ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.
✦ Remaining 50% is due after sketch approval.
✦ All prices are in USD.📆 Optional Payment Plans✮ Payment plans are available only for commissions $100+ and must be requested before the project begins.There are no hidden fees.
However:✮ Late Payment Fees: If a payment is late: a 2% fee is added.✮ If a payment is more than 1 week late: it becomes a 10% fee instead.
(Example: 10% of a $25 payment = $2.50.)

  ★ 🕒 PROCESS & REVISIONS  

1. Request & Approval:
Once you submit your commission request (through Ko-fi, Instagram, or Discord), I will review it and confirm whether I can accept it.
If accepted, you will receive a quote and be asked to pay your 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.press here to check your commission updates: COMMISSION STATUS2. Sketch Stage:
I will begin your sketch during my available work hours (weekends + breaks).
You will receive a rough sketch to approve before I move forward.✔ Includes 1 major revision
(Examples: pose change, expression change, outfit adjustments)❌ Big changes after the sketch is approved will require an additional fee.3. Lineart & Coloring Stage:
After sketch approval and the remaining 50% payment, I move on to clean lineart and coloring.✔ Includes 2 minor revisions
(Examples: color tweaks, small details, minor adjustments)❌ New poses, redrawing major parts, or adding extra characters count as a new commission.4. Final Rendering:
Once everything is complete, you will receive a final preview.
This stage is for tiny adjustments only (lighting, contrast, highlights).✔ 1 tiny fix allowed
❌ No redesigns at this stage.5. Delivery:
Final files will be sent digitally through Ko-fi, Instagram, Discord, or email depending on your preference.All final artwork includes my signature placed discreetly.6. Turnaround Time
Turnaround varies based on:
✮ my teaching/work schedule
✮ the complexity of your commission
✮ where you are in my queueOn average, commissions take 1–7 weeks, but deadlines must be booked 1–2 months in advance.

  ★ 🚫 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS  

✮ Before Work BeginsIf no work has started:
✦ Full upfront payment (beyond the 50% deposit) can be refunded.✦ The 50% deposit remains non-refundable, as it reserves your slot and my time.✮ During the Process‣ Sketch Completed: 50% refund of the total minus the deposit
‣ Coloring Started: 10% refund of the total minus the deposit
‣ Finished Piece: No refundsImportant Notes:
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
✦ Client indecision
✦ Slow communication
✦ Delays outside of my control (school, work, emergencies, holidays, etc.)✮ Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in a permanent blacklist.✮ The 50% deposit is always non-refundable.

  ★ 💼 COMMERCIAL FEES  

If you want to make profit from your commission, a commercial fee applies. This ensures you have the rights to use my artwork for your brand, merch, or monetized content.
